SINIR and Brazilian reverse logistics reporting evidence
SINIR provides official Brazilian system information. German EPR service cannot replace a Brazilian filing or certificate.
Legal and market context
Brazil's environment ministry describes the dedicated reverse-logistics module as under development and outlines existing channels and annual reporting responsibilities.
Required records and evidence
Under applicable rules, a collective scheme, direct operator or performance body may carry distinct filing duties.
Practical controlled workflow
Software can organise supporting data; a government filing claim requires an actual authorised integration, transmission and confirmation.
Reports, MTR and evidence
Article 39 of Decree 12,688/2025 requires annual results reporting using the SINIR model. Article 15 of Decree 10,936/2022 addresses MTR waste transport records and updated system information; retain traceable mass, periods, destinations and supporting records. MTR alone does not establish full target compliance.
