Annual plans and setup feesSince 12 August 2026, qualifying foreign producers without a German establishment directly supplying empty packaging or packaged products to German end users must appoint a German authorised representative.
Producer status depends on the legal seller, contractual structure and supply chain. Manufacturing the product in Brazil does not by itself decide the responsible party.
Producer-personal LUCID steps cannot be delegated. Other lawful responsibilities may be handled under a valid appointment and statutory conditions.
Brazil's National Solid Waste Policy provides shared product life-cycle responsibility and reverse logistics. Specific duties depend on applicable product categories, packaging and supplementary rules. Decree 10,936/2022 implements PNRS and integrates reverse-logistics systems with SINIR.
The decree of 21 October 2025 establishes a dedicated reverse logistics system for plastic packaging and relevant producers, importers, retailers and distributors. Obligations and transitional periods vary; the national 2026 recovery target is 32%. Recycled content is a separate index: 22% in 2026, commencing in January for large companies and July for small and medium companies, subject to scope and legal exceptions.
EPRORA supports German packaging EPR and EU product-data preparation. It does not claim Brazilian SINIR reporting, government certificates or domestic take-back operations without separate verified integrations and mandates.
Glass follows Decree 11,300/2022 with its own rules. Separate material mass and reporting. SINIR is the Brazilian system; organising EPRORA data is not an official filing or recycling certificate.
For sales to German end users, review the legal seller, shipping packaging, brands, materials and weight even at low volume.
Retain existing systems; direct connectors depend on supported APIs, access rights and data fields. Structured imports are an alternative.

DPP · ESPR · BATTERY PASSPORT
A DPP is more than a QR image. Build records for product, materials, suppliers, origin, batches, serials and evidence. Legal requirements are product-category specific rather than a universal February 2027 deadline.
Applies to EV batteries, light-means-of-transport batteries and industrial batteries above 2 kWh placed on the EU market or put into service. Identify the economic operator responsible for the finished battery.
Product-specific delegated acts and transitions determine binding timelines. No blanket February 2027 DPP deadline for all textiles, electronics or auto parts.
Organise packaging/product masters, suppliers, origin, batches and serial IDs with supported ERP/PIM/MES interfaces. Preparing data alone is not compliance certification.

Each newly appointed country has its own applicable annual subscription and one-time mandate setup fee. Regular annual renewal does not repeat the setup fee. The self-check shows the country-by-country charges, first-year total and subsequent annual fees. Applicable VAT and third-party costs are itemised separately.
A country rules and monitoring package does not replace representation or the annual subscription for another country. Additional services are shown separately from the mandate.
Each appointed country has its own mandate documents. Review the details, complete any blank fields and sign the relevant documents. Generating a document or making a payment alone does not activate the mandate.
A German LUCID registration or a German mandate does not replace a separate appointment for other sales markets. Existing registrations and packaging scheme agreements are taken into account when processing your appointment.
