If your Turkish company sells packaged goods to Germany through Amazon.de, Etsy, Shopify, eBay, WooCommerce, its own store or B2B export, German packaging EPR must be assessed separately from customs, VAT and EORI.
Since 12 August 2026, qualifying foreign producers without a German establishment that sell directly to German end users require a German authorised representative. LUCID producer registration remains with the producer; existing LUCID records are reused. EPRORA brings representation, LUCID status, dual-system workflow, packaging quantities, commerce data and evidence into EPRORA Office.
Standard EPRORA pricing is visible before checkout. Contracts and invoices are denominated in CHF. Official LUCID producer registration is free. German dual-system charges are separate and depend on packaging material, weight and operator tariff. Any TRY conversion depends on the bank or payment provider.
An already registered Turkish producer keeps its existing LUCID number. Company data, brands and packaging information are reviewed and the German representative is added where required. EPRORA continues from that existing record.
Continue with existing LUCID →Packaging EPR can be the starting point. EPRORA connects the same product master to Digital Product Passports, serial numbers, QR-code product identity, supported commerce channels and production/ERP systems through the Production Connector.
The ZSVR gives the following examples: up to €200,000 for breaches of system-participation duties, up to €100,000 for breaches of registration duties and up to €10,000 for breaches of data-reporting duties.
The actual fine depends on the type, severity and degree of fault. Multiple breaches may be sanctioned separately; disgorgement of economic benefits may also be possible.
Beyond German packaging EPR, EPRORA can connect product and production data with ongoing compliance. That turns a single regulatory obligation into a reusable digital operating layer for products and markets.
LUCID, German authorised representative, system status, packaging quantities, reports, evidence and shop/marketplace data in one ongoing workflow.
Product, material and compliance data can be consolidated into digital product passports and made available as structured product information.
Individual products or production units can be uniquely identified by serial numbers and QR codes and linked to product, production, Digital Product Passport and compliance records.
Production and enterprise systems can connect through the EPRORA Production Connector to product, serial-number, packaging and compliance workflows.
EPRORA can therefore connect the path from a manufactured unit through serial number, QR-based product identity and Digital Product Passport to packaging and market compliance in one system.
For manufacturers, brands and exporters: organise product, material, supplier and production data early. The EU is introducing Digital Product Passports by product category, not as a blanket rule for every product in 2027.
EU battery passports then apply to EV batteries, light-means-of-transport batteries and industrial batteries above 2 kWh. Capture model and item-level evidence at source.
Product-specific ESPR rules are planned for 2027; actual obligations and transitions depend on adopted measures. There is no universal textile DPP mandate from February 2027.
Iron and steel, aluminium, tyres, furniture and other groups are progressing on separate regulatory timetables. Only the applicable EU legal acts set binding requirements.
EPRORA connects product master data, material and supplier evidence, batches, serial numbers and QR identity, with optional production-system integration where interfaces permit. Make DPP preparation a reusable export-data workflow.
Specific integrations depend on interfaces and data quality. DPP readiness must not be confused with verified legal compliance.
One-time setup for a new German mandate: CHF 29.
Plus applicable VAT; system participation and selected add-ons are separate.
Separate free official LUCID registration, any required system participation and EPRORA service fees. Review the current price, included services, any setup fee, renewal and cancellation terms before subscribing. No purchase should be based on an assumed all-inclusive licence.

EPRORA does not replace the store or marketplace. Supported order, product and sales data can feed the packaging-EPR workflow; fields without API access can be maintained through structured imports or manual completion.
Automation always depends on platform API access, account permissions and available data fields.
Content is structured around Turkish search patterns such as Germany EPR, LUCID registration, German packaging law, Amazon Germany EPR and authorised representative.
Each guide targets one concrete pre-purchase question, with matching Turkish and English versions.
If the company is established outside Germany, has no German establishment and sells empty packaging or packaged products directly to German end users without an intermediary retailer, the representative requirement applies from 12 August 2026. The actual producer role and supply chain still need to be assessed.
Normally no. Keep the existing producer registration, review the master data and add the German representative where required. Duplicate registrations should be avoided.
Yes. Official producer registration and ZSVR data reporting are free of charge. Dual-system, representative and private service costs are separate.
The producer must complete the registration step that German law reserves to the producer. EPRORA prepares the route and manages the surrounding transferable workflow.
No. Tax, customs and packaging producer responsibility are separate layers. A genuine German importer or intermediary retailer can change the producer-role analysis, but that must be assessed from the real supply chain.
Yes. EPRORA adds the German compliance/data layer around the existing commerce stack. Automation depends on platform APIs and account permissions.
Yes. Product master data, packaging, serial numbers, QR identity and supported production data can connect through the Production Connector.
Yes. EPRORA supports Digital Product Passports, serial numbers, QR-code-based product identity and Production Connector workflows beyond packaging EPR.

Use the self-check to record the EU countries you sell to. Then explicitly choose each supported country for which you wish to appoint EPRORA. Selecting a sales destination does not itself grant a mandate.
Each newly appointed country has its own applicable annual subscription and one-time mandate setup fee. Regular annual renewal does not repeat the setup fee. The self-check shows the country-by-country charges, first-year total and subsequent annual fees. Applicable VAT and third-party costs are itemised separately.
A country rules and monitoring package does not replace representation or the annual subscription for another country. Additional services are shown separately from the mandate.
Each appointed country has its own mandate documents. Review the details, complete any blank fields and sign the relevant documents. Generating a document or making a payment alone does not activate the mandate.
A German LUCID registration or a German mandate does not replace a separate appointment for other sales markets. Existing registrations and packaging scheme agreements are taken into account when processing your appointment.
EPRORA connects packaging compliance, product passports and production data. Small online shops, manufacturers and enterprise groups can organise their data in one platform.
