Amazon Germany EPR for Turkish sellers
Selling on Amazon.de does not remove the underlying German packaging duties. Amazon’s Turkish EPR guidance explains that packaging compliance in Germany can be evidenced with the 13-digit LUCID number and non-compliant listings can be disabled. The producer role, representative, system and reporting duties still need to be set up correctly.
Marketplace verification is not the legal duty itself
Marketplace fields matter operationally, but they do not replace LUCID, representation, system participation or reporting.
Keep the existing Amazon account
EPRORA adds the German compliance and data layer without requiring a seller-account migration.
Digital Product Passports, serial numbers, QR codes and production integration
EPRORA can extend the same product and packaging data into Digital Product Passports, serial-number and QR-code product identity, supported marketplace/shop workflows and Production Connector integration for production or enterprise systems.
Frequently asked questions
Is official LUCID registration free?
Yes. Producer registration and ZSVR data reporting are free of charge. Dual-system, representative and private service costs are separate.
Can an existing LUCID number be reused?
Yes. The existing producer registration should normally be retained and updated rather than duplicated.
Do VAT, customs or EORI replace German packaging EPR?
No. Tax, customs and packaging producer responsibility are separate compliance layers.
Can existing shops and marketplaces stay in place?
Yes. EPRORA adds the German compliance and data layer around supported existing commerce channels.
