German producer registration, system participation, quantities and authorised representation depend on the actual German sales chain.
Connect mandates, packaging data, brand and channel records without mixing legally distinct national obligations.
Direct delivery of packaged goods into Germany can trigger obligations regardless of business size.
Keep your shop. Data automation depends on available APIs, permissions and import support.
Align real legal entity, LUCID number, brands and representative evidence.
Product and Packaging Masters structure SKU data, weights, materials and country-specific reporting.
Select sales and packaging models plus optional DPP quantities. Zero product passports is a valid choice.
See configured EPRORA plans and separate external fees before checkout.
Avoid duplicate registrations. Producer-only steps remain with the producer.
EPRORA can perform legally transferable obligations after a valid appointment and signed contract.
Organise packaging and commerce data for controlled reporting workflows in Office.
All active plans come from the current EPRORA pricing configuration. Contracts and invoices are issued in CHF; NOK equivalents would be indicative.
One-time authorised representative mandate setup: CHF 29.
Official LUCID producer registration: CHF 0.
German dual-system participation is a separate third-party charge based on packaging materials, quantities and provider.
Digital Product Passports are optional add-ons. Select quantity 0 if not needed. The Selfcheck provides a tailored recommendation and exact selected charges.
Check duties and pricing →Integrations depend on platform APIs, data fields and permissions. Structured data imports or middleware may be needed where direct connectors are not available.
Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce, eBay, Etsy and other platforms, subject to specific connector availability.
SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Odoo and custom systems with supported interfaces.
Connect SKU, packaging weights, materials, batches, serial numbers and evidence in a shared data model.
A DPP is more than a QR code. Prepare product, materials, suppliers, serial numbers and manufacturing data for category-specific EU requirements.
For EV batteries, LMT batteries and industrial batteries over 2 kWh placed on the EU market or put into service.
Textile ESPR rules follow a separate pathway; there is no blanket duty for all textiles in February 2027.
Connect product identity, batches and evidence to manufacturing when supported interfaces exist.
Start simple and grow into several companies, brands, product groups and markets with controlled evidence.
The ZSVR gives the following examples: up to €200,000 for breaches of system-participation duties, up to €100,000 for breaches of registration duties and up to €10,000 for breaches of data-reporting duties.
The actual fine depends on the type, severity and degree of fault. Multiple breaches may be sanctioned separately; disgorgement of economic benefits may also be possible.
Beyond German packaging EPR, EPRORA can connect product and production data with ongoing compliance. That turns a single regulatory obligation into a reusable digital operating layer for products and markets.
LUCID, German authorised representative, system status, packaging quantities, reports, evidence and shop/marketplace data in one ongoing workflow.
Product, material and compliance data can be consolidated into digital product passports and made available as structured product information.
Individual products or production units can be uniquely identified by serial numbers and QR codes and linked to product, production, Digital Product Passport and compliance records.
Production and enterprise systems can connect through the EPRORA Production Connector to product, serial-number, packaging and compliance workflows.
EPRORA can therefore connect the path from a manufactured unit through serial number, QR-based product identity and Digital Product Passport to packaging and market compliance in one system.
Missing registration, system participation or representation can result in enforcement. Actual legal duties depend on the supply chain and applicable law.

General information, not individual legal, tax or customs advice. Actual producer responsibility depends on applicable law and the sales chain.
Use the self-check to record the EU countries you sell to. Then explicitly choose each supported country for which you wish to appoint EPRORA. Selecting a sales destination does not itself grant a mandate.
Each newly appointed country has its own applicable annual subscription and one-time mandate setup fee. Regular annual renewal does not repeat the setup fee. The self-check shows the country-by-country charges, first-year total and subsequent annual fees. Applicable VAT and third-party costs are itemised separately.
A country rules and monitoring package does not replace representation or the annual subscription for another country. Additional services are shown separately from the mandate.
Each appointed country has its own mandate documents. Review the details, complete any blank fields and sign the relevant documents. Generating a document or making a payment alone does not activate the mandate.
A German LUCID registration or a German mandate does not replace a separate appointment for other sales markets. Existing registrations and packaging scheme agreements are taken into account when processing your appointment.
EPRORA connects packaging compliance, product passports and production data. Small online shops, manufacturers and enterprise groups can organise their data in one platform.
