LUCID is Germany’s packaging producer register. Official producer registration is free. Registration steps reserved by German law to the producer must be completed by the Indian company itself; EPRORA prepares the workflow and continues with the transferable follow-on obligations.

Is official LUCID registration free?
Yes. Producer registration and ZSVR data reporting are free of charge. Dual-system, representative and private service costs are separate.
Can an Indian company reuse an existing LUCID number?
Yes. The existing producer registration should normally be retained and updated rather than duplicated.
Do GST, IEC, customs clearance or export documents replace German packaging EPR?
No. Indian export, tax and customs formalities are separate from German packaging producer responsibility.
Can existing Amazon, Etsy, Shopify or eBay accounts remain in place?
Yes. EPRORA adds the German compliance and data layer around supported existing commerce channels.
