Greece's EOAN operates the national producer register EMPA for packaging and other product streams. Greek registration and collective-system participation are separate from German LUCID. For direct exports identify the legal seller, shipping packaging and actual recipient market.

Local obligations and Germany are separate

Greece's EOAN operates the national producer register EMPA for packaging and other product streams. Greek registration and collective-system participation are separate from German LUCID. For direct exports identify the legal seller, shipping packaging and actual recipient market.

German authorised representative

A foreign company without a German establishment directly supplying empty packaging or packaged goods to German end users must assess the German authorised-representative requirement. A signed German mandate and confirmed LUCID appointment are required; subscribing alone does not complete representation.

Free LUCID registration

Official LUCID producer registration is free. Keep the existing number for the same legal entity. Registration and changes to producer master data remain personal duties of the producer.

Annual plans and costs

Subscription and setup prices are in CHF. German packaging-system costs, for example Reclay, are additional and depend on material and annual quantities. The confirmed amount is shown separately and paid in advance before system participation. Renewal prices cover the subscription only.

Packaging representation for your EU sales markets

Use the self-check to record the EU countries you sell to. Then explicitly choose each supported country for which you wish to appoint EPRORA. Selecting a sales destination does not itself grant a mandate.

A separate mandate and annual subscription for each country

Each newly appointed country has its own applicable annual subscription and one-time mandate setup fee. Regular annual renewal does not repeat the setup fee. The self-check shows the country-by-country charges, first-year total and subsequent annual fees. Applicable VAT and third-party costs are itemised separately.

A country rules and monitoring package does not replace representation or the annual subscription for another country. Additional services are shown separately from the mandate.

Country-specific mandate documents

Each appointed country has its own mandate documents. Review the details, complete any blank fields and sign the relevant documents. Generating a document or making a payment alone does not activate the mandate.

A German LUCID registration or a German mandate does not replace a separate appointment for other sales markets. Existing registrations and packaging scheme agreements are taken into account when processing your appointment.
