Bangladesh Plastic EPR এবং German Packaging EPR আলাদা market layer
Bangladesh-এর 2026 plastic-waste EPR guideline স্থানীয় plastic products-এর manufacturer, importer এবং brand owner-দের জন্য প্রযোজ্য। Export-only production-এর জন্য specific exemption আছে। এটি German destination-market packaging obligations replace করে না।

Bangladesh textile exporter-এর জন্য DPP একটি standalone strategic focus। Product Master, fibre/material composition, supplier/factory data, batch/item identity, QR, serialisation ও Production Connector এখন structure করলে future EU requirement এবং buyer evidence একই data foundation থেকে support করা যায়।

না। বাংলাদেশের ২০২৬ Plastic EPR guideline স্থানীয় plastic waste producer responsibility পরিচালনা করে। জার্মানির জন্য producer role, LUCID, system participation, reporting এবং প্রয়োজন হলে authorised representative আলাদাভাবে মূল্যায়ন করতে হয়।
Official LUCID registration কি বিনামূল্যে?
হ্যাঁ। Official producer registration এবং ZSVR data reporting বিনামূল্যে। Private service এবং system-participation cost আলাদা।
Existing LUCID number কি রাখা যাবে?
হ্যাঁ। একই legal entity-এর জন্য existing producer record সাধারণত বজায় রেখে update করা উচিত; duplicate করা উচিত নয়।
বাংলাদেশি কোম্পানির কি German authorised representative প্রয়োজন?
জার্মানিতে establishment নেই এবং সরাসরি German end user-কে packaging বা packaged product সরবরাহ করে এমন foreign producer-কে 12 August 2026 থেকে প্রযোজ্য বর্তমান authorised-representative requirement মূল্যায়ন করতে হয়।
EU textile Digital Product Passport কি 2027 থেকেই বাধ্যতামূলক?
European Commission Q4 2027-এ textile-specific ESPR delegated act adopt করার পরিকল্পনা করেছে। ওই act concrete DPP requirement ও subsequent application timeline নির্ধারণ করবে; তাই 1 January 2027 থেকে সব textile-এর blanket obligation বলা সঠিক নয়। Data readiness এখন থেকেই শুরু করা উচিত।
EPRORA কি commerce এবং ERP system connect করতে পারে?
Supported connector থাকলে তা ব্যবহার করা হয়। অন্য system API, middleware বা structured import-এর মাধ্যমে handle করা যায়; unsupported direct connector দাবি করা হয় না।
