2025 সালে EU-এর Bangladesh থেকে import-এর প্রায় 94% ছিল textile। তাই DPP readiness Bangladesh garment sector-এর জন্য niche compliance topic নয়—এটি future EU market access, buyer data requirement এবং supply-chain competitiveness-এর core issue। European Commission textile ESPR delegated act Q4 2027-এর জন্য plan করেছে; adoption-এর পর অন্তত 18 months transition থাকবে।

The ZSVR gives the following examples: up to €200,000 for breaches of system-participation duties, up to €100,000 for breaches of registration duties and up to €10,000 for breaches of data-reporting duties.
The actual fine depends on the type, severity and degree of fault. Multiple breaches may be sanctioned separately; disgorgement of economic benefits may also be possible.
