What does the one-time CHF 29 setup fee cover?
One-time mandate setup: 29 CHF. Customer file setup, agreement preparation and guided LUCID appointment steps. For new German packaging mandates. Ongoing representation is included in the annual subscription. Not charged again on regular annual renewal. Existing agreements remain unchanged.
CHF prices plus applicable VAT. Third-party costs and selected add-ons are separate.
Payment does not activate the mandate. The required agreement and effective LUCID appointment must be completed.
