Disclaimer / information on use

Effective: 1 October 2026 · The German version is the legally controlling version.

1. No individual legal or tax advice

EPRORA provides software-supported compliance, EPR and Digital Product Passport services. General information, automated checks and recommendations do not replace individual legal, tax or authority advice. Cases requiring separate professional review can be flagged as special cases.

2. Customer and product data

Automated results are based on data provided by the customer or imported through authorised interfaces. The customer remains responsible for the accuracy, completeness and currency of company, product, packaging, sales and production data.

3. EPR, registers and third parties

National registers, producer responsibility organisations, authorities, marketplaces and local representatives may require their own checks, fees, deadlines or manual steps. EPRORA automates its platform processes and technically available interfaces; external processing times and decisions are not guaranteed.

4. Digital Product Passport

Product passports are generated according to the data and rule profile enabled for the relevant product. The customer confirms the factual accuracy of the underlying product data. Technical generation of a passport is not an independent conformity assessment of the product by EPRORA.

5. Prices and exchange rates

The binding contract price is the price and currency shown in the order or checkout. Any additional local-currency display is an indicative reference conversion unless expressly agreed otherwise.

6. External links and platforms

The respective provider is responsible for content, availability and technical changes of external services and platforms. Links or integrations do not imply a corporate affiliation or endorsement unless expressly stated.

Small sellers and independent shops

Start with the products and packaging actually shipped. An Etsy shop, eBay business or small independent store can prepare the same core records without an enterprise IT project. Use the self-check to identify the relevant next step, not to assume that every service is required.

Manufacturers and exporters

Manufacturers can connect product specifications, supplier evidence, batches, serial numbers and QR identifiers to a Digital Product Passport workflow. DPP scope and mandatory dates depend on the product category; voluntary preparation is not a claim that every product already needs a passport.
