Breaches can lead to fines of up to €200,000 – and a distribution ban may also apply.
The ZSVR gives the following examples: up to €200,000 for breaches of system-participation duties, up to €100,000 for breaches of registration duties and up to €10,000 for breaches of data-reporting duties.
The actual fine depends on the type, severity and degree of fault. Multiple breaches may be sanctioned separately; disgorgement of economic benefits may also be possible.

Tillverkare kan samla specifikationer, leverantörsunderlag, partier, serienummer och QR-identiteter för digitala produktpass. Omfattning och tidsfrister beror på produktkategori; frivillig förberedelse innebär inte ett allmänt gällande passkrav.
Produkt- och förpackningsdata
Spara artikelidentifierare, förpackningsdelar, material, vikter, destinationer och rapportperioder. Håll produkt- och transportförpackning åtskilda. Stäm av antal mellan kanaler och undvik uppskattade vikter eller dubbelräknade order.
