## Direkte svar på norsk
Norske bedrifter som selger emballerte varer direkte til Tyskland må vurdere tysk emballasje-EPR, LUCID, systemdeltakelse og eventuell tysk representant. Grønt Punkt Norge eller NORSIRK dekker norske ordninger og erstatter ikke LUCID. Avfallsforskriften kapittel 7 gjelder i Norge; EU PPWR er under separat EØS-innlemmelse og norsk gjennomføring.
Offisiell LUCID-registrering er gratis. Behold tidligere registrering for samme juridiske enhet, og oppdater den. Registreringsplikten er personlig for produsenten.
Siden 12. august 2026 kreves tysk representant ved direkte salg av emballerte produkter til sluttbrukere i Tyskland fra en utenlandsk produsent uten tysk filial, når lovens vilkår er oppfylt.

## English answer
Norway follows its own packaging EPR under the Waste Regulations Chapter 7. The EU PPWR and Germany’s VerpackDG apply in Germany from 12 August 2026; Norwegian incorporation is a separate process. Qualifying Norwegian businesses shipping packaged goods directly to German end users need a German authorised representative. Official LUCID producer registration is free and remains the producer’s personal duty.

## Prices and workflow
EPRORA country landings display all active annual packaging EPR plans and the one-off mandate setup in CHF before checkout. LUCID official registration = CHF 0. German dual-system fees and optional product-passport charges are separate.
Existing LUCID data are reused without duplicate registration. The 60-second Selfcheck supports selecting zero Digital Product Passports. Commerce integration depends on actual API support.

## Digital Product Passport
Digital Product Passports, Product Master, Packaging Master, supplier and material evidence, serial numbers, QR identity and Production Connector are available subject to supported interfaces.
For EU markets, battery passports from 18 February 2027 apply to EV batteries, light-means-of-transport batteries and industrial batteries above 2 kWh. Textiles have a separate future ESPR schedule; there is no blanket February 2027 requirement.
