Nederlandse UPV en Verpact vervangen de Duitse verpakkings-EPR niet. Voor Nederlandse ondernemingen die verpakte producten naar Duitse eindafnemers verkopen, moeten producentenrol, PPWR, Duits VerpackDG, ZSVR/LUCID, systeemdeelname, datameldingen en waar van toepassing een Duitse EPR-gemachtigde afzonderlijk worden beoordeeld.

Sinds 12 augustus 2026 geldt de PPWR als EU-kader. Duitsland voert de relevante registratie-, vertegenwoordigers-, systeem- en meldprocessen concreet uit via VerpackDG en ZSVR/LUCID.

Een bestaande LUCID-registratie wordt voor dezelfde rechtspersoon hergebruikt en waar nodig bijgewerkt; maak geen dubbele producentenregistratie. De officiële producentenregistratie bij LUCID is gratis.
