Syarikat Malaysia yang menghantar produk berbungkus terus kepada pengguna akhir Jerman mungkin mempunyai kewajipan EPR pembungkusan di Jerman. Peranan pengeluar, entiti undang-undang, LUCID, penyertaan sistem dan wakil sah perlu dinilai berdasarkan rantaian pembekalan sebenar.

German PPWR and VerpackDG apply from 12 August 2026. Malaysian companies selling packaged goods directly to German end users must assess German producer responsibility. Qualifying foreign producers without a German branch require a German authorised representative. Official LUCID producer registration is free and personally reserved to the producer; reuse an existing record for the same legal entity.
Malaysia local EPR programmes and mandatory-rollout plans are distinct from existing German legal requirements.

## EPRORA commercial model
All current annual EPRORA plans and one-off German mandate setup are displayed on the country landing using the active pricing model, in contractual CHF. German dual-system participation is a separate third-party fee. Digital Product Passports are an optional independent service. Selfcheck supports quantity zero.
EPRORA supports small Etsy, eBay, Shopify and Amazon sellers, as well as Malaysian exporters, OEM/ODM manufacturing, electronics, batteries and textiles. Actual integrations depend on APIs and permissions.

## Digital Product Passport / Pasport Produk Digital
Product Master, Packaging Master, supplier and material evidence, QR identifiers, serial numbers, batch tracking and Production Connector can form a reusable export-data foundation. This is not a blanket guarantee of regulatory compliance.
EU battery passports are mandatory from 18 February 2027 for finished EV batteries, LMT batteries and industrial batteries above 2 kWh placed on the EU market. The responsible economic operator placing the finished battery on the market registers the passport; component suppliers are not automatically that operator.
Textile ESPR delegated rules and electronics sector requirements have separate future schedules. There is no universal February 2027 electronics or textile DPP deadline.
