What is imported
The eBay connector normalises Germany-bound order ID, date, SKU, quantity, sales channel and fulfillment type. The technical integration is designed around Sell Fulfillment API.
How packaging is calculated
Each SKU is linked to a packaging bill of materials. Sold quantities multiply the component weights; merchant-fulfilled shipments additionally apply the relevant shipping profile.
Fulfillment is separated
The connector distinguishes merchant fulfilled / third-party fulfillment. Marketplace fulfillment is not automatically treated as the seller’s own shipping packaging.
From orders to compliance data
Normalised order data flows into the annual material ledger, system-operator reconciliation and controlled LUCID reporting workflow. Unknown SKUs go to an exception queue instead of being silently estimated.
Privacy by design
The EPR connector model is designed to retain the minimum data needed for packaging calculation rather than customer names, email addresses or full delivery addresses.
