החוק מטיל על יצרנים ויבואנים שעליהם הוא חל חובות למחזור ולמימון הטיפול באריזות. בחינת סוג האריזה והיקפים, חוזה עם גוף מוכר ודיווח נעשית לפי הדין הישראלי.

המשרד להגנת הסביבה פרסם הכרה בתמיר לתקופה שעד 30 בנובמבר 2026. לפני תקופה שלאחר מועד זה יש לאמת הכרה עדכנית ותעריפים. הסכם תמיר אינו מחליף רישום גרמני.

הפלטפורמה מיועדת לניהול עמידה בדרישות אריזות בגרמניה ולהכנת נתוני מוצרים לאיחוד האירופי. אין כאן הבטחה לדיווח אוטומטי למשרד בישראל או התקשרות עם תמיר בשם הלקוח ללא הסדר מפורש.

### דרכון סוללה · 18 בפברואר 2027
חל על סוללות לרכב חשמלי, לכלי תחבורה קלים מסוג LMT ועל סוללות תעשייתיות בקיבולת העולה על 2 קוט״ש המוכנסות לשוק האיחוד האירופי או לשימוש. האחריות חלה לפי תפקיד מפעיל המוצר הסופי, לא אוטומטית על כל ספק רכיב.

### טקסטיל, אלקטרוניקה ומוצרים אחרים
המועדים המחייבים והמפרטים נובעים מההוראות שיאומצו לכל קבוצת מוצרים. אין חובה כללית לדרכון לכל פריטי הטקסטיל או מוצרי האלקטרוניקה החל מפברואר 2027.

### מספר סידורי, QR ו-Production Connector
אפשר להכין Product Master, Packaging Master, ראיות ספקים ונתוני ייצור; חיבור ל-ERP/PIM/MES תלוי בקיומם של ממשקים והרשאות. הכנת נתונים לבדה אינה תעודת עמידה בדרישות.

המחירים נשלפים מהגדרות התמחור הפעילות של EPRORA. מטבע החוזה והחשבונית הוא פרנק שווייצרי CHF; לא מוצג שער המרה קבוע או מיושן לשקל.

בתוצאות הבדיקה מופיעים השירותים והעלויות הרלוונטיות. דרכונים דיגיטליים ושירותי אינטגרציה נוספים נרכשים בנפרד לפי היקף מוסכם.

### Israel · Packaging Treatment Law 2011
Israel has binding EPR packaging obligations for covered producers and importers, including recycling and funding of packaging waste. Determine applicable materials, reporting and authorised-body contracting under Israeli law.

### Tamir · recognised packaging recycling body
The Israeli Environment Ministry's published recognition covers Tamir until 30 November 2026. Confirm renewal and applicable rates for subsequent periods. A Tamir contract is not a German LUCID record.

### EPRORA · clearly defined cross-border service
EPRORA organises German packaging EPR and EU product-data readiness. It does not claim to submit government filings in Israel or contract with Tamir on a customer's behalf without a separately authorised arrangement.

### EU battery passport · 18 February 2027
Covers EV, light-means-of-transport (LMT) and industrial batteries above 2 kWh placed on the EU market or put into service. The operator responsible for the finished battery is not automatically every component supplier.

### Textiles, electronics and other product groups
Dates, data fields and transition periods depend on adopted product-specific rules. No blanket February 2027 passport requirement applies to all textiles or electronic devices.

### QR, serialisation and Production Connector
Organise Product Master, Packaging Master, supplier evidence and manufacturing records. Integration with ERP/PIM/MES depends on supported interfaces and permissions. Data readiness does not itself constitute compliance certification.

All plans are read from the active EPRORA pricing configuration. Contracts and invoices use CHF; no fixed or potentially stale ILS conversion is displayed.

Selfcheck displays the recommended plan and applicable charges. Digital Product Passports and additional integrations are separately selected within the agreed service scope.

Amazon, Shopify, Wix, WooCommerce, Etsy and eBay may provide data where supported APIs and account permissions exist. A direct connector is not guaranteed for every system; structured imports are an alternative. Customs, shipping, VAT and product certifications are not automatically included.
