EPR συσκευασιών Γερμανίας, LUCID και ψηφιακά διαβατήρια

Η EPRORA οργανώνει γερμανικά δεδομένα συσκευασιών, εντολές και τεκμήρια προϊόντων για μικρούς πωλητές και διεθνείς κατασκευαστές. Διατηρήστε το κατάστημα και τα συστήματά σας. Ελέγξτε υποχρεώσεις και πραγματικό κόστος πριν από τη συνδρομή.

Ο ΕΟΑΝ τηρεί το Εθνικό Μητρώο Παραγωγών (ΕΜΠΑ) για συσκευασίες και άλλα προϊόντα. Η ελληνική εγγραφή και συμμετοχή σε σύστημα δεν αντικαθιστούν το γερμανικό LUCID. Στις απευθείας εξαγωγές ελέγξτε τον νόμιμο πωλητή, τη συσκευασία αποστολής και την αγορά προορισμού.

Η επίσημη εγγραφή παραγωγού στο LUCID είναι δωρεάν. Διατηρήστε τον υφιστάμενο αριθμό της ίδιας νομικής οντότητας. Η εγγραφή και οι αλλαγές βασικών στοιχείων παραμένουν προσωπικές υποχρεώσεις του παραγωγού.

Αλλοδαπή εταιρεία χωρίς εγκατάσταση στη Γερμανία που προμηθεύει απευθείας συσκευασίες ή συσκευασμένα προϊόντα σε Γερμανούς τελικούς χρήστες πρέπει να ελέγξει την υποχρέωση αντιπροσώπου. Απαιτούνται υπογεγραμμένη γερμανική εντολή και επιβεβαιωμένος διορισμός LUCID· η συνδρομή μόνη δεν αρκεί.

Προσδιορίστε πωλητή, προορισμό, υλικό και βάρος. Μικρός εμπορικός όγκος δεν παρέχει γενική εξαίρεση. Η αυτόματη εισαγωγή εξαρτάται από API και άδειες· υπάρχει δομημένη εισαγωγή. Το marketplace δεν πιστοποιεί συμμόρφωση.

Το DPP είναι χωριστή προαιρετική υπηρεσία. Επιλέξτε μηδέν διαβατήρια στο Selfcheck αν δεν χρειάζονται. Οι προθεσμίες εξαρτώνται από την κατηγορία· δεν υπάρχει γενική υποχρέωση για όλα τα κλωστοϋφαντουργικά ή ηλεκτρονικά τον Φεβρουάριο 2027.

Από 18 Φεβρουαρίου 2027, το διαβατήριο ΕΕ καλύπτει μπαταρίες EV, LMT και βιομηχανικές άνω των 2 kWh που διατίθενται στην αγορά ή τίθενται σε λειτουργία. Ελέγξτε κατηγορία και υπεύθυνο οικονομικό φορέα.

Οργανώστε δεδομένα προϊόντων και συσκευασιών, υλικά, προμηθευτές, προέλευση, παρτίδες, σειρές και αποδείξεις. Ο QR συνδέει δεδομένα χωρίς πιστοποίηση συμμόρφωσης. ERP, PIM και MES απαιτούν συμβατές διεπαφές και δικαιώματα.

Συνδρομή και εγκατάσταση τιμολογούνται σε CHF. Το γερμανικό σύστημα, π.χ. Reclay, χρεώνεται επιπλέον βάσει υλικών και ετήσιων ποσοτήτων. Το επιβεβαιωμένο ποσό εμφανίζεται χωριστά και προπληρώνεται πριν από τη συμμετοχή. Η ανανέωση καλύπτει μόνο τη συνδρομή.

German packaging EPR, LUCID and Digital Product Passports

EPRORA brings German packaging records, mandates and product evidence into one workspace for independent sellers and international manufacturers. Keep your existing shop and systems. Check your destination market, legal duties and actual costs before subscribing.

Greece's EOAN operates the national producer register EMPA for packaging and other product streams. Greek registration and collective-system participation are separate from German LUCID. For direct exports identify the legal seller, shipping packaging and actual recipient market.

Official LUCID producer registration is free. Keep the existing number for the same legal entity. Registration and changes to producer master data remain personal duties of the producer.

A foreign company without a German establishment directly supplying empty packaging or packaged goods to German end users must assess the German authorised-representative requirement. A signed German mandate and confirmed LUCID appointment are required; subscribing alone does not complete representation.

Identify the legal seller, destination, packaging material and weight. Low commercial volumes are not a general exemption. Supported APIs and account permissions determine automated imports; otherwise use structured imports. A marketplace registration does not establish legal compliance.

DPP is a separate optional product-data service. Select zero passports in Selfcheck when not needed. Product-category rules determine deadlines; there is no universal February 2027 deadline for all textiles or electronics.

From 18 February 2027, EU passports cover EV and LMT batteries and industrial batteries above 2 kWh placed on the market or put into service. Identify the operator responsible for the finished battery and check its category.

Prepare product and packaging masters, materials, suppliers, origin, batches, serials and evidence. A QR code links to records; it does not certify compliance. ERP, PIM and MES integration requires supported interfaces and access permissions.

Subscription and setup prices are in CHF. German packaging-system costs, for example Reclay, are additional and depend on material and annual quantities. The confirmed amount is shown separately and paid in advance before system participation. Renewal prices cover the subscription only.
