Finnish companies placing packaged goods on the German market must assess the German packaging producer role separately from Finnish producer responsibility under Rinki. LUCID producer registration is free, and existing records should be reused. Since 12 August 2026, an authorised representative established in Germany is required for qualifying foreign producers without a German branch who sell directly to German end users.

## Digital Product Passports (DPP)
EPRORA can connect Product Master, Packaging Master, material and supplier evidence, QR identity, serial numbers and Production Connector subject to actual integration availability.
Battery passport: mandatory from 18 February 2027 for EV batteries, LMT batteries and industrial batteries with capacity above 2 kWh.
Textiles: the EU plans a delegated ESPR act for late 2027; there is no general February 2027 textile DPP deadline.
Product-passport quantity zero is supported; DPP remains a separate optional offer.

## Commercial details
All active EPRORA standard annual plan prices and the one-time representative setup are visible on the country landing, in contractual CHF. LUCID official registration costs CHF 0; German dual-system participation and optional DPP charges are separate.
The Selfcheck and EPRORA Office provide the relevant workflow for small Etsy, eBay, Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce sellers and enterprise manufacturers.
